Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet
Swanson® Broth makes a speedy skillet meal in a snap—browned boneless pork chops and rice simmer in a sweet and sour broth.
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick each 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups) 3/4 cup apricot preserves OR orange marmalade 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cups uncooked instant white rice
COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.
ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
Makes 4 servings
