Ingredients: 1 lb. cooked kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup Mustard 3 Tbsp. brown sugar Chopped fresh parsley Cracked black pepper
Directions: BRING kielbasa and wine to boil in large covered skillet. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes. STIR in mustard and brown sugar; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and kielbasa is well glazed, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with parsley and pepper; serve hot.
