Pre heat oven to 400 degrees butter a 9 inch spring form pan crust(sugar dough)
4 oz sugar 6 oz. butter cream until well blended 1 1/2 Cs flour 1 T. lemon zest 1 ts. vanilla Add ingredients until crumbly and work until mixture comes together
Pan into bottom and sides of pan and pre bake approximately 15-20 minutes until light brown. Cool on rack.
Cream together until smooth: 4 -( 8oz). packages cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar Add 2 eggs 1 t. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 T. cornstarch
mix well until blended fold in 1 C. sour cream Pour into pre baked pie crust in pan Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes or just until center is a little loose(if cake begins to brown, cover with foil) Leave in oven with door open and temperature off until cooled Chill. Top with sugar or fresh berries.
