Peach Delight
1 cup flour 1 stick margarine 1 cup chopped nuts 1 8 oz cream cheese 1 medium size Cool Whip 2 cups confectioners sugar fresh peaches 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 tsp. corn starch 5 tbsp. peach Jell-O
Combine flour, margarine and chopped nuts. Press into oblong baking dish and bake at 350 till brown. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and confectioners sugar in mixer until well blended. Spread over cool crust. Peel and slice fresh peaches and arrange on filling. Combine sugar, water and corn starch. Bring to boil and cook until clear. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Pour over pie and chill well. (You may substitute strawberries for peaches)
