Cheese Potatoes
3 Tbs. butter 6 large potatoes, peel, slice thin 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 cup milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese chopped fresh parsley
Melt butter in non stick skillet. Cook potatoes in this til amost tender and browned. Season. Pour milk over. Cook gently til all milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese. Allow to melt. Stir gently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serves 6 Yummy!!
