Banana Foster Cheese Cake Squares Makes 2 dozen From the Kraft Kitchens I received recipe from a 12 pk Coca-Cola April Barkulis Prep: 20 Minutes Bake: 30 Minutes Crust: 2 c. Nilla wafer crumbs ½ c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. packed brown sugar Mix crumbs, nuts, butter, and sugar. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Filling: 3 pkg. (8oz. Each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese ½ c. packed brown sugar 2 tsp. rum extract 3 eggs ½ c. mashed ripe bananas Mix cream cheese, sugar and rum extract with electric mixture on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs: mix until well blended. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Topping: 2 bananas 2 tsp. lemon juice ½ package candy caramels unwrapped (about 25). 2 Tbs. Milk ½ c. pecan halves Toss Banana with lemon juice; arrange over cheesecake. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on high for 2 minutes; stir until smooth. Drizzle evenly over cheesecake. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares. Refrigerate any leftover cheesecake Note: Kick it up a notch ! Add 1 Tbs. rum extract to melted caramel mixture. Continue as directed. ;D ;D ;D
