8-oz pkg. cream cheese 1/2 C. sugar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 C. heavy cream, whipped assorted fruit Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and rind till blended. Fold in whipped cream. On waxed paper covered cookie sheet, spoon mixture to form 10 shells; freeze till firm. Just before serving, fill center with fruit of choice.
