Crust: 1/2 c butter or margarine 1/3 c powdered sugar 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
Melt butter and add to crumbs and sugar. Line the crumb mixture in the bottom of a springform pan (size not given), packing firmly.
1 c sugar 24 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 generous t vanilla 4 eggs 1 pint sour cream
Mix well: sugar, cheese, vanilla, eggs and pour into crust.
Bake in preheated 350ยบ oven for 50 mins. Do NOT turn off oven, remove cheesecake and spread sour cream over the cake. Return to oven for another 5 mins.
Let cheesecake cool, top with pie filling of your choice and chill overnight.
