Rum Coffee
3 cups strong Coffee -- made the way you like it; percolated, drip, etc.
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup whipping cream -- whipped
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup rum
1 cup Ice -- crushed
Pour hot coffee over ice cream.
Add honey to whipped cream.
Fold into coffee-ice cream mixture.
Add rum and crushed ice.
And serve. Makes about 5-8 cups, according to cup size.
