2 c. flour 6 eggs Salt and pepper to taste Milk 2 c. dry cottage cheese Butter Sour cream - optional
Mix flour, 4 of the eggs, salt, and enough milk to make the dough easy to roll. Roll it out to about the thickness of a pie crust. Then cut into 4 inch squares. Mix the remaining two eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Place a teaspoon full of cheese filling on each square of dough. bring up corners, pinch together and drop into a pan of boiling salted water. Cook for about 15 / 20 minutes. Drain well. Place in a bowl and cover each layer with hot butter. Serve with sour cream if desired. Makes about 8 servings.
