Use Italian butter when grilling or broiling meats and vegetables. Or, toss with rice, potatoes or corn-on-the-cob.
Prep: 15 min
1/2 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, softened 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
Brush on meats, poultry, fish and vegetables when grilling or toss with hot cooked rice or vegetables.
