Broccoli Salad with Feta Cheese Serves 6 Ingredient
3 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup red onion, sliced 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 Tbsp lemon juice salt & pepper to taste 1/4 cup sunflower seeds Directions In bowl; combine broccoli, onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese. In separate bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice; toss with salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
