Fruit Salad:
1 red apple, diced 1 green apple, diced 1 cup of grapes (green or red, de-seeded) 2 bananas, sliced 1 can mandarin orange, drained 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/3 cup orange juice 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions: Blend the fruits together. Combine the sauce ingredients on stove and bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Pour over fruit and let cool. This salad keeps a couple of days without the bananas turning brown.
