CREAM CHEESE CRANBERRY SALAD
2 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice 1 cup mashed banana 1 cup chopped pecans 1 1-lb. can jellied cranberry, cut into small chunks 1 cup whipping cream
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt until creamy. Add fruit, nuts, and cranberry. Blend lightly. Whip cream and fold in. Place mixture in pan and freeze. Set at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
