PEA SALAD
20 oz. frozen peas, thawed 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups chopped celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/8 tsp. ground pepper may be added, if desired) 1 cup crumbled bacon 1/2 cup chopped cashew nuts (optional) 8 to 10 oz. sour cream
Toss together well. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Can use ice cream or other rounded scoop for easy serving. Serve with a wedge of tomato and cucumber slices on the side.
