Crunchy Chicken Salad
1 large skinless chicken breast; cooked and cubed 2 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced 1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced 1 Tbs. sesame seeds 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 package raman noodles, uncooked broken up & seasoning packet
Toss together all of the above. The make dressing using:
3 Tbs. sugar 3 Tbs. vinegar 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp. salt 2 T. sliced almonds
Heat just until sugar is dissolved. Cool, then pour over salad, and mix. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
