Great quick salad with less fuss.Low Calorie too.
Mix of tomatoes, cucumber, white salad onions, olives, broccoli and celery. Cut all into fine dice, almost like a salsa.
Toss together with olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper, salt to taste. Serve on a bed of mixed lettuce.
