2 cups canned kidney beans 1/4 cup chili sauce 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced 5 scallions, sliced 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 cooked potatoes, diced 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 1/2 cup diced cucumbers 3 radishes,diced 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. This salad will keep indefinitely in a refrigerator. Serve as a main dish with Italian bread.
