/4 Cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce 1 whole chicken breast, cooked & cooled 1 quart shredded iceberg lettuce 3/4 cup chopped cilantro 2/3 cup minced green onions with tops 3 1/2 oz. saifun, deep fried
Combine the first 3 ingredients; stir well. Set aside. Bone chicken and shred meat into thin strips. Combine chicken with sauce ingredients. Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add chicken and toss. At the last minute add saifun and serve immediately.
Makes 4-6 servings.
