Carrot Ambrosa Salad
1 3/4 cups shredded carrots 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits -- drained 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions: Toss together the carrots, pineapple, raisins, coconut and marshmallows. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and whipping cream. Fold the dressing into the carrot mixture. Chill.
