Ingredients ************** 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, minced 1 (8-oz)can tomato sauce 1 (19-oz)can tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 8 oz elbow macaroni 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese slices
Procedure ************* Brown beef, garlic, and onion in olive oil. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni; drain. arrange macaroni, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and meat sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serves 6
