Ham and Pineapple Salad
2 cups uncooked radiatore pasta 4 cups cubed cooked ham 2- 8-oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. dry mustard *1/4 cup finely minced onions (optional)
Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, dry mustard and 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice and mix well. Combine with ham, pineapple chunks and cooked and drained pasta in large bowl and toss gently. Chill until serving time. Serves 6.
