4 earl grey tea bags 4 jasmine tea bags 1/2 c orange juice fresh 1/2 c lemon juice, fresh 1/2 c lime juice fresh 1 c sugar or more to taste 1/2 of the peel from the orange ungrated, left whole 8 lrg applemint leaves or more as desired 8 - 10 c boiling water 4 c ice cubes
In a large gallon jar place the tea bags, fruit juices, sugar and orange peel and mint. Add the boiling water and stir to mix. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Stir in ice cubes and chill mixture at least 24 hours. Remove tea bags and mint and peel. Makes 1 gallon.
