Long Keeping Cabbage Slaw
1 head Cabbage 3 Carrots or use 2 pkg. Slaw Mix 1 Green Pepper 1 Red Onion 3/4 cup Sugar
Chop or shred all ingredients and place in a tightly closed container.
3/4 cup Oil 3/4 cup White Vinegar 1 Tbs. Celery Seed 1 Tbs. Salt 1/4 cup Sugar
Bring to full boil. Pour over slaw. Do Not Stir. Cover tightly.
Let sit overnight. Slaw will keep for long time in refrigerator and will freeze for future use.
