1/4 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. seame or veg oil 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasone salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 package (10oz) frozen peas, thawed 1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained 3/4 cup sliced celery 2 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced 1/4 cup dry roasted salted peanuts
In small bowl, combine sour cream,oil, soy sauce,season salt,pepper,blend well. Chill thoroughly. In medium bowl, combine peas,water chestnuts, celery,onions,and peanuts. Pour dressing over pea mixture; toss to coat. makes 4 servings
