For 4 Servings:
1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix 1-1/4 lbs. canned crushed pineapple, undrained 4 cups tart apples, cored and sliced 1 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks Combine first 2 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Stir in next 2 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream and served chilled.
This recipe serves 6 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 6 only.
