WARM CAESAR POTATO SALAD
6 medium red potatoed, unpeeled cubed 1 small head romaine lettuce 3/4 cup creamy caesar dressing (kraft is good) 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided 4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 1/2 cup garlic croutons
Cook potatoes until just tender, about 10 minutes, drain and set aside. Keep warm Line a large salad bowl or platter with torn lettuce leaves. Pour dressing and half of the cheese over the potatoes, tossing to coat. Spoon potato mixture over lettuce. Top with remaining cheese, bacon and croutons. Serves 6
