Summertime Rice Salad
1 cup [250 mL] cold boiled rice 1/2 cup [125 mL] very finely chopped celery 1/2 cup [125 mL] seedless green grapes, quartered 1/2 cup [125 mL] cooked ham dices 1/2 cup [125 mL] finely diced apple Mayonnaise, to taste
Mix together all ingredients. Serve immediately.
