1 large Head Boston lettuce -- rinsed, drained, -- chilled ***VINAGRETTE DRESSING*** 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon White vinegar 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon Salt Fresh ground pepper 3 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in flat pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Immediately before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce; top with sesame seeds. Yield 4 servings.
