Spinach Chicken Salad 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach 1 pund chicken breasts (cooked, skinless and bonless) 2 tablespoons lemon pepper 1 cup fat f ree mayonnaise Thaw spinach and pat dry with paper towel. Place n large bowel. Shred chicken brea sts and add to spinach. Toss spinach and chicken with lemon pepper and maynonnaise. Makes 6 servings Jay
