SHRIMP SALAD This cool seafood salad is perfect to serve at a spring luncheon. Preparation 20 min. Chilling 1 hrs. www.landolakes.com Ingredients: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 1 pound cooked deveined shrimp, each cut in half 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, sliced 1/4-inch 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill* Instructions: Stir together mayonnaise, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in shrimp, eggs, green onions and dill. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. *Substitute 1 teaspoon dried dill weed.
