lb. rotini, cooked, drained and cooled 1 cup oil 4 tsp. dry mustard 6 tsp. sugar 3 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 cup chopped green onions 2 medium tomatoes, cut up
Mix dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add the rotini, toss to mix. Stir in tomatoes and chopped green onions. Refrigerate before serving.
