Chris’s Crabby Pea Salad
2 c. uncooked shell pasta 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Birds Eye Frozen Baby Sweet Peas 1 bunch chopped green onions 1 ½ c. (6 oz.) Sargento shredded Co-Jack and Mozarella cheeses ½ c. Kraft Mayonnaise ¼ c. Kraft Miracle Whip ½ tsp. Celery salt 1 can, drained, real crab 4 sliced hard boiled eggs
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add peas during last 7 minutes and drain. Add green onions, cheeses, mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, celery salt, crab and sliced hard boiled eggs. Toss gently and chill 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serves 4 – 6.
I fixed this for us for dinner last night and it was great! With hot summer weather upon us, salads are the best bet for dinners for us. I served hot biscuits with this.
