2 c. broccoli flowerlets 2 c. cauliflower flowerlets 2 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms 1 (16 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped 1 small can sliced olives 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral macaroni, cooked, but not quite tender. (Rinse in cold water.)
DRESSING: 1 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. vinegar 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese 6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
