1/2 lb. crackers, crumbled 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. celery seed 3/4 cup tomato juice 1 cup canned tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste
Combine crackers with celery, onions, and eggs. Blend mayonnaise with celery seed, tomato juice and canned tomatoes. Stir into first mixture and season to taste. 8 servings.
