1 pkg frozen strawberries, thawed (12 oz) 1 c frozen raspberries, thawed 1 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed 1 c cranberry juice 1/3 c honey 1/2 t cinnamon
In blender, combine all ingredients. Puree 1 minute or until smooth. Makes 8 servings.
Nutritional information: 104 calories, trace fat, 1 g protein, 27 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 18 mg sodium, 2 g fiber.
