Barbecue Biscuit Cups
1 10-ct. canned biscuits, or 1 biscuit recipe (making about 12 biscuits) 1 lb. hamburger 1 Tbsp. instant or ¼ c. chopped fresh onion ¼ t. garlic powder 1 c. barbecue sauce 1 c. grated cheddar or American cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10-12 muffin cups with Pam. Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat. Stir in sauce and garlic powder. Cook 1 minute, stirring. Meanwhile, put biscuit dough together or open a can of biscuits. Using 1 flattened canned biscuit, or 1 lump of dough that would make about 1 biscuit, press in bottom and up sides of a muffin tin. Spoon meat mixture into each biscuit; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
