This recipe is for a large family or take this to a family reunion
16 lb Bkg. potatoes, cookd & cubd
32 Hard-cooked eggs, ch
2 lb Sl bacon, cookd & crumbld
16 Scallions, sl thin
4 c Mayo or salad dressing
4 c Sour cream
1 c Prepared horseradish
1/2 c Parsley, chopped
2 T Salt
2 T Pepper
Toss peeled, cubed potatoes, eggs, bacon and onions. Comb rem ingr;
mix til smooth. Toss w potato mix. Chill several hours.
Family Size or reunion size.(about 25 servings)
