WATERMELON SALAD [simple]
ingredients
watermelon diced.... enough to feed the group
1 large purple onion.. slice fine into rings
store bought favourite italian or french dressing..
method
place watermelon in bowl with the onion rings.... and toss..
add dressing to taste refirgerate for an hour or two and serve..
