I found a recipe at recipezaar! ;D
---Apple Cider Spice Mix---
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
---For Spiced Apple Cider---
8 ounces apple cider or dry red wine
2 teaspoons apple cider spice mix
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange rind twists or lemon twist
1 For Spice Mix------------.
2 Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.
3 To Make Spiced Apple Cider or Wine----------.
4 Heat wine or cider until hot but not boiling.
5 Steep the Apple Cider Spice Mix in the liquid until sugar is dissolved.
6 Pour into serving mug and garnish with cinnamon stick and twist of peel.
