Jill's Spanish Slaw
3 cups shredded homegrown cabbage 1 teaspoon grated onion 1/4 c chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon celery salt 1/3 cup Tops vinegar 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 3 tablespoons Tops vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon diced pimientos
In a bowl, combine cabbage and green pepper.
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients; shake well.
Pour over cabbage mixture just before serving; toss to coat.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
Yield: 6 servings.
