Banana Salad 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 can evaporated milk 3-4 bananas, sliced 1 cup Spanish peanut 1. In top of a double boiler mix except bananas and peanuts. 2. Mix well and cook until thick. 3. Cool. 4. Alternate layers of bananas, dressing and peanuts. Jay
