2 cooked, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped 1/4 c mayonnaise 4 T cole slaw dressing 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 stlk celery, chopped salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, coleslaw dressing, lemon juice and celery. Blend until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled. Makes 2 servings.
Nutritional information: 547 calories, 42 g fat, 31 g protein, 12 g carbohydrates, 115 mg cholesterol, 680 mg sodium, 2 g fiber.
