1 lg. ripe firm banana 1 c. skim milk Non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tbsp. sugar Dash of nutmeg
Peel banana, slice into large chunks. Freeze. When frozen, combine in blender with 1 cup skim milk, non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tablespoons sugar and dash of nutmeg. Blend just until mixture is thick and frosty. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
