Our 100 year old Cole Slaw recipe
1/2 head Cabbage, shredded Dressing: 1/2 cup half and half (single cream) +/- 2 Tbs sugar +/- 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper
In a bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Blend, and check for taste. Add additional sugar or vinegar, to taste. I really like a good "bite" of vinegar. Almost a full extra Tbs of vinegar is added. Note: It's much better if the dressing is made the night before, and left for the flavors to meld in the fridge, covered, over night.
