2 McIntosh, Empire, or Cortland apples 3 cup Broccoli (fresh, raw), cut up 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped 1 tbsp Red onion, chopped 1/3 cup Raisins 1/2 cup Vanilla low-fat yogurt
Core and chop apples. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed or lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
