2 lbs baby red potatoes 4 slices bacon 1/2 cup chopped green onion 3 Tbls fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup salad oil 2 Tbls olive oil 1 Tbls black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 Tbls sugar 4 hard boiled and sliced eggs pickle relish Boil potatoes until just done (about 15 minutes), let cool and slice into coins. Fry bacon till crisp, let cool and then chop coarsely. Whisk together lemon juice and oils. Add pepper salt and sugar. Pour over potatoes and add eggs and bacon
