2 small pkg. lemon Jello 2 cups boiling water 2 cups 7-Up 1 cup mini marshmellows 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) 2 large bananas 1/4 cup grated cheese Dissolve Jello in water and cool. Add 7-Up. Add remaining ingredients and partially set. Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbls flour 1 cup pineapple juice 1 egg, slightly beaten Put ingredients in saucepan and cook until thick, then cool. Then add 1 cup whipped cream. (Can use Cool Whip if desired) Mix together and pour over set jello (you can do this when it is partially set, just so the topping doesn't mix with the jello) Top with additional 1 cup grated cheese. Refrigerate until set
