1 gallon strong black coffee 5 cinnamon sticks 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 pints whipping cream 1/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups brandy 1/2 gal. coffee flavored ice cream if possible, vanilla works too > let soften
Directions: Add the cinnamon sticks and pumpkin pie spice to the hot coffee, and let the flavors blend until it is cool. Take and remove the cinnamon sticks and pour the coffee blend into a punch bowl. Stir in about 2 cups of the whipped cream and now add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Take the rest of the whip cream and gently make mounds of it on the top. Serves approx. 30-40.
