Ingredients for 5 Cups
2 tbsp Instant coffee
3/4 cup Hot water
14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tbsp Chocolate flavored syrup
4 cups Ice cubes
Procedure:
1. Why buy expensive coffee shop versions of this trendy new beverage when you can make this great tasting Iced Mocha Latte right in your own home? Share this treat with friends and family all year-round!
2. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water (*heat water in microwave for 1 minute on high or heat water on stove for few minutes prior to adding instant coffee).
3. In blender container, combine dissolved coffee, Eagle Brand and syrup; blend well.
4. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth.
5. Serve immediately.
6. Refrigerate leftovers.
